1. Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), New Delhi under its Fellowship Programme, awards Senior and Junior Fellowship to foreign scholars for Post-Doctoral research in Indian universities on topics related to Indian culture, Indian history, languages, etc. The terms and conditions of the fellowship is attached herewith.

2. ICCR has now decided to provide Fellowship to five Hindi scholars from abroad for research in Hindi language and literature in Indian universities every year.

3. Interested  Hindi scholars may please forward their applications in the form attached to us for sending to ICCR for their consideration.
