Applications for Visa, Passport, Renunciation/Surrender Certificate, Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI), Persons of Indian Origin (PIO), Police Clearance Certificate (PCC), should be submitted at the Centres of BLS International Services Canada Inc. who have been authorized by the High Commission of India, Ottawa/Consulates General of India at Toronto and Vancouver, to accept such applications.  BLS International may be contacted for any information pertaining to these services or to ascertain status on processing of applications.

The High Commission of India/Consulates General of India strongly advise applicants to apply at the Indian Visa & Consular Services Centers in person or through a duly authorized family member. The High Commission of India, Ottawa/Consulates General of India do not recommend or work through any agent or agents. All applicants are advised that any services that they may choose to obtain from any other offices/agency shall be at their own risk and responsibility.      

The processing of application is done solely by the High Commission of India, Ottawa/Consulates General of India as per existing rules and regulations. In case there is any additional requirement, the applicant will be contacted by phone/e-mail.
