HCI Ottawa to organize Consular Camp at Montreal for issue of Life Certificates

          The High Commission of India, Ottawa in association with India-Canada Association, Montreal would be organizing a Consular Camp on November 5, 2022 (Saturday) from 1100 hrs to 14 hrs at Center William-Hingston, 419 Rue Saint-Roch, Montreal, QC H3N 1K2 for issue of “Life Certificates” to pensioners.

2. The applicants who wish to obtain Life Certificate are welcome to visit the camp with the following documents in original and copy:

          (a) Passport

          (b)PR Card/ Visa (for Indian Passport holder)

          (c)Pension Payment order (PPO)

          (d) OCI Card (if available)

          (e)Address Proof

3. Officials of the High Commission will verify identity of the pensioner and the documents. After the verification, the ‘Life Certificate’ will be issued.


4. All the visitors are required to bring a photo identity for identification. The visitors are also required to follow the standard Covid-19 norms as prescribed by local authorities, practice social distancing and wear masks all the time while in the Consular Camp.
