Advisory for travellers seeking passage on Vande Bharat Mission (VBM) special flights from Canada to India

• The procedure for booking passage on the Vande Bharat Mission (VBM) special flights being operated by Air India remains as announced in our earlier advisories.
• Travellers desiring to travel on VBM flights may kindly register by filling-in the registration form available on our website https://www.hciottawa.gov.in/
• Registration with the High Commission/ Consulate is compulsory for availing VBM flights. Those who have already registered need not register again.
• After successfully filling in the registration form, travellers may make bookings directly on Air India website http://www.airindia.in/ 
• Travellers are hereby advised that the High Commission or Consulates of India in Canada have not appointed any agents or intermediaries or authorized any person or organization to make any kind of booking for VBM flights or to organize any special flights, including charter flights, on our behalf.
• To avoid fraud, travellers are advised to carefully scrutinize all offers for organizing any special charter flights or making bookings in any VBM flights or those promising to obtain any kind of permission or approval for any special flights from the High Commission or our Consulates in Canada.
• The latest flight schedule for three (03) additional VBM flights from Canada to destinations in India is as follows;
