Continuation of Suspension of Walk-in Consular Services 

1. Due to COVID-19 pandemic, all Walk-in services / visit to the High Commission of India, Ottawa are suspended. Visitors are allowed to come to High Commission with prior appointment strictly.

2. BLS International Centers have now resumed services. Applications for following services must be submitted only at BLS International Centers in Ottawa and in Montreal (for Consular jurisdiction of High Commission of India, Ottawa) :

• OCI
• PCC
• Surrender Certificate; and
• Passport (except Lost and Damage cases)

3. Only the following services will be provided by HCI, Ottawa strictly on prior appointment basis :

• Attestation / Legalisation of documents viz., Power of Attorney, Affidavit, etc.
• Life Certificate
